Returns and Refunds

We pride ourselves on handmade, personalised and made to order items. We understand the importance of ensuring that your order is made correctly and we pride ourselves on ensuring excellent customer service.

Please read the following policy carefully to understand how we manage returns, refunds, and cancellations.

Cancellations

We encourage you to contact our customer service team as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. Please contact thepapermonkey@outlook.com as soon as possible to request a cancellation and we will do all we can to help.

Please be aware that once your order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be feasible.

Defective or Damaged Items

We strive for perfection with every delivery, but we recognise that issues can sometimes occur during transit. Should your items arrive in less than perfect condition, please notify us within 5 days of delivery. To help us improve our service we kindly ask for photos of the damaged goods. In these instances, we are happy to provide a complimentary replacement, or refund.

Errors or Omissions

Please note that it is the sole responsibility of the customer to carefully review their personalised designs for accuracy, including spelling and grammar, before approving the order. If you find after ordering that you have made an error please email as a matter of urgency at thepapermonkey@outlook.com to advise of the correct wording. 

Refund Process

Refunds will only be issued in the event of a defective or damaged item and cannot be issued for any other reason due to the personalised nature of our products. 

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

Exchanges

While we strive to provide you with the best possible product, we regret to inform you that items cannot be exchanged.
